WebIt works with FTX Vectors for me, download FreeMeshX somewhere (preferably with a lot of storage, it's a big file), extract the file, and then start FSX. Once you're in FSX, Go to your scenery library and select the FreeMeshX folder of the region (s) you'd like to use. Click "OK" and wait for it to build the scenery database.
