Web20 mrt. 2024 · In this paper, we proposed a novel roller nanoimprint lithography technique to fabricate low-cost nanoscale DOEs in high throughput and produced in a large volume. The stamp is flat and the same as a traditional NIL mold, which can achieve high resolution of the rigid mold. Lithography uses simple chemical processes to create an image. For instance, the positive part of an image is a water-repelling ("hydrophobic") substance, while the negative image would be water-retaining ("hydrophilic").
